We are pleased to share our 2025-2026 Impact Report with you! This report is proof of the profound impact made possible by our dedicated staff, generous supporters, and our community — all fueled by the passion we share for inspiring the incredible girls we serve.

This year’s report highlights all that we’ve accomplished together. It also features one family’s experience with our programs — a story that touched us deeply and demonstrates the significance of a little extra support in the lives of our girls and their families.

Meet Kaylee 👋our Eureka! And Teen Coordinator!

Kaylee earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Communication from California State University Channel Islands. She has worked with Girls Inc. for the past year and a half, where she is passionate about connecting girls to STEM opportunities and empowering them to discover their strengths through the Eureka! program. Kaylee is a dedicated mentor who is committed to creating meaningful experiences that inspire confidence, curiosity, and leadership in the girls she serves. She is driven by the opportunity to make a lasting, positive impact in the community by helping young people realize their potential.
