The masterminds behind the Rotary Club of Carpinteria's 17th annual Talent Showcase, which is ever popular and always sold out, are busy planning for this year's April 11th show. All net proceeds benefit local Carpinteria youth through music, art, and scholarships. The performance will take place at the historic Alcazar Theatre again this year. Don't miss it!

The Rotary Club of Carpinteria has donated $6,112 to the Parents of Carpinteria Middle School for the purchase of state-of-the-art audio equipment for the middle school courtyard. The check was presented to Jamie Persoon (Principal), Chrystal Hoffman (President - Parents of Carp Middle School), Peter Dugre (Officer, Parents of Carp Middle School), and Jon Everett (President, Carpinteria Rotary Charitable Foundation).

One of the distinctive aspects of our Club is our ukulele group. We commence every meeting after the invocation and Pledge of Allegiance with a serenade by some of our members; it's a fun way to initiate our meetings. HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
