FTC Team 5959 won an EkoCycle Cube 3D printer! I just ordered it, normally costing $1199.00. We paid $39.00 shipping. This printer will officially belong to the NUCLEAR 4-H Club, and can be used by any of the teams, or 4-H members. Hopefully we will be able to store it in our new home at the Arundel Tech Center. I guess we now have to really get going in learning some CAD! If anyone can teach it, please let me know! Thank you, http://cubify.com/en/EKOCYCLE

Wow! Gaining momentum quicker than I thought! I contacted http://www.artspace.org/ who is doing a feasibility study to create something similar to Makerspace (they have 130 Artspaces around the country!), and they certainly are the experts! They are very encouraging, and have passed on my e-mail to http://artscheyenne.com/

Artspace is the leading developer of arts facilities - creating, owning, and operating affordable spaces for artists and small businesses.
