The Board of Directors is having a special meeting open to the public at station 1 in Carpenter on September 11th @ 630pm. The board of Directors is gathering information in regard to the needs of the district along with any input from the public & volunteer members

If you have firefighting experience and Basic Firefighter I & II certifications, we would love to see your resume! An absolute superior job by all who responded the Gas explosion/multiple structures fires and multiple vehicles fires. Huge tremendous thanks and job well done by LCFD 5 for initial response and attack! Also a tremendous job well done by and Huge thanks to following agencies for their assistance: LCFD 1, LCFD 6, Laramie County Fire Authority, Laramie County Combined Communications Center, AMR, Lifeline 3, Wyoming State Fire Marshals, Wyoming State DCI, High West Energy and Panhandle Coop Propane!
