The mission of the Carolina Beach Murals Project is to celebrate our eclectic history & island culture, inspire our beach community, welcome & engage visitors and become a destination of ART for Everyone through murals depicting life in CB.

To celebrate, we are highlighting our MuralFest panels that feature the unofficial dessert of CB. Artists and Olivia Rippin all include donuts in their murals!

June 3 is World Bicycle Day! 🚲🚴🚵‍♀️

Established by the United Nations to celebrate the simplicity, affordability, and sustainability of the bicycle, it is celebrated globally with community rides and advocacy events promoting active transportation.
- Rent a Bike: Grab a cruiser or e-bike right on Pleasure Island and discover why the locals love it here!
- Explore Local Trails: Pedal the scenic 1.2-mile Island Greenway
- Take a self-guided CB Mural Bike tour is one of the best ways to explore Carolina Beach, as the entire route spans a highly bikeable 2.5 miles

Without our community, our amazing Volunteers, Artists, and the other organizations who have supported us since the beginning, the Carolina Beach Mural Project would not have been able to deliver murals and programs since 2020!
