🩷 9/25 (get it?) is Dolly Day but we pick up trash on Wednesday, 9/23 so I would like to pick up trash in honor of Dolly Parton on this day. Wear pink, or rhinestones, if you would like! (I think Jim wanted to wear a wig.) Dolly was about community, serving others, and making the world a better place. I think it would be nice to dedicate our community service to her on 9/23. 🩷

Oh, SHEETZ! What a morning! A group of NINE Sheetz employees from OTB came to join the CB Trash Walkers for trash pick up. They brought us 🍌 bananas, breakfast 🥪 sandwiches, 💧 water, gloves and bags. THANK YOU!!!! GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR GRAND OPENING THAT IS COMING UP!

We were joined by Mark McGrew from Wilmington Beaches CVB. He praised us for the great work we are doing!

We picked up 171 pounds of trash. THANK YOU ALL!

Sheetz will be joining us at 8 AM on Wednesday morning with breakfast sandwiches for all! Join us a bit earlier than normal and meet the SHEETZ team who will pick up trash with us! Trash pick up will start at 8:30 AM as always! Wednesday, September 2!

It’s always hard to call the weather in advance but it is HOT out there. We are cancelling for Wednesday, August 18, as it looks like there will be a heat advisory for tomorrow. You are always welcome to go out and pick up trash on your own. See you the following week!!!
