What a way to wrap up the summer! 🎶

Sherman’s was packed once again for Labor Day Weekend as Completely Unchained brought the Van Halen hits and fireworks lit up the sky over the lake. 🤘🎆

It was the perfect way to celebrate another incredible CLMF season at Sherman's - and we're so grateful to everyone who showed up, sang along, danced, and made these summer nights so special. 🫶

But... the music isn't quite over yet. ✨

We've got another big weekend ahead with Fulton County Regional SPCA's annual Woofstock fundraiser featuring Cleenstreet, Grandstand Jockeys, and FLAME. 🎸

So before we officially say goodbye to summer, come out for one more day of music, community, and fun. 🧡

More progress at Myhil 🧡

There's a big difference between seeing a building under construction and seeing the beginnings of the place it will become. At Myhil, that shift is happening now. ✨

With walls going up and interior spaces beginning to take shape, you can finally start to get a sense of the Artist Lodge as a home - not just a construction project.

After so many years of imagining what this space could be, it's pretty special to see it coming to life room by room. 🎶

We are saddened to share the passing of our dear friend Jack DeWeese, a beloved member of the Caroga Lake community, on August 31, 2026, at age 86. Jack was an early and steadfast supporter of Caroga Arts Collective, and his generosity in allowing us to use the Caroga Lake Chapel was integral to the start of the festival in 2012. Through his years leading the Caroga Lake Chapel Board and music program, his love of music and community left a lasting impact on so many.

Our thoughts are with his family and all who loved him. A service of remembrance will be held at the Caroga Lake Chapel on Sunday, September 13, 2026, at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Caroga Lake Chapel.

WHAT A DAY! 🎶

Nashville Day was everything we hoped it would be - live music, familiar faces, new friends, and plenty of reasons to keep moving around the lake. ☀️

From Glenn Rocks Band at Vrooman’s to Tame The Rooster at Adirondack Taproom to Big Sky Country at Sherman’s, the music kept rolling all day long. 🎸

Thanks to everyone who came out, supported our local businesses, danced, sang along, grabbed a drink, brought a friend, and made Nashville Day what it was - we can't wait to do it again! 🫶

Join us for an afternoon of live music featuring Grandstand Jockeys, Cleenstreet, and FLAME, plus raffles, family fun, and more to enjoy! 🫶

Construction on the new amphitheater continues to move forward, and this week brought another round of visible progress. Each phase gets us closer to the details that will make this space come alive - from the stage and seating to the setting that makes Sherman’s such a special place to gather. 🏗️🎶

It’s pretty incredible to watch an idea that has been years in the making become something you can actually walk around and see come to life.
