Teams are at the Noxubee National Wildlife Refuge and headwaters of the Noxubee River which flows into the Gulf of Mexico. They can see an alligator hunting in the river from where they are.

Obviously the wildlife will be different than what our team encountered during previous Michigan based competitions.

Students were testing again this morning outside. They were really enjoying the sunshine, trees and water at the testing site.

Testing is underway!

Students are testing at Black Rocks overlooking Lake Superior. An amazing part of Envirothon is that the competition takes place outside, in the field. Being in Michigan makes this a very unique experience, to test so close to the largest fresh water lake (by surface area) in the world!
