OCLD Princess 2026 Spencer Cameron-Stuart (Kiowa/Muscogee/Seminole) attended the NDN Girls Book Club powwow in Carnegie, OK on Saturday. It was her first grand entry on the powwow circuit. She is a freshman at Harding Academy in OKC. She is the daughter of Brittany Johnson of OKC, granddaughter of Sean and April Johnson of Lawton, Jen Maessen of OKC, James Cameron Stuart of Lawton and great granddaughter of Dorla Yeahquo of Carnegie, Deloise Tiger Johnson of Coweta, OK and Herb Johnson of Ada, OK, Marian Olson of OKC and Roylynn Stuart of Lawton.

NDN Girls Book Club is proud to present the first-ever BOOK FEST POWWOW, a cultural celebration hosted on May 23rd, 2026. Book Club and the Kiowa Tribe welcome all attendees to this very special event to receive free books by Indigenous authors, support local artists and vendors, and promote the importance of literacy, language, and storytelling. Representatives from tribes across Oklahoma will be featured during the Powwow.

ALL attendees are encouraged to wear pink and/or sparkly regalia to show their support!
