It is with a very heavy heart and tremendous sadness that we announce the tragic loss of a truly incredible and inspirational woman, fondly known to us as Mama Chinguku. Regina Chinguku was the founder of Songea Women and Children Organization, and was a powerful force for good in her hometown of Songea, Tanzania. She cared for others’ children as her own and always tried to provide whatever she possibly could for their welfare and support, opening her home and her heart countless times. She will always be remembered with respect and admiration, and lots of love. May she Rest in Peace after a long life well lived.
