Found It-Peer Support and Social Group for Adults with Disabilities Vendored with NBRC

Providing peer support and social activities for autistics, ID/DD, & others on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month 6-7:30pm at the Hub in Fairfield are announced on FB & MeetUp with additional meetings/activities throughout the week.

🚗💨 But wait, there’s one last stop before we say goodbye to Reno!

On our final day, we cruised over to the National Automobile Museum, where there was something around every corner! From beautifully preserved classics to newer rides, we spotted a DeLorean, the Mystery Machine from Scooby-Doo, the Ghostbusters Ecto-1, a Rolls-Royce made out of copper, and even a Barbie car! 🚙👻💖

There was SO much to see, and our fantastic tour guide kept us laughing the entire time. It was the perfect way to wrap up our Reno adventure!

And just like that, it was time to zoom on out of Reno and point those vans back toward California. 🚐💨 The long drive home was calling, but we left with full hearts, countless memories, and enough pictures to keep the Found It! Crew’s beautiful chaos alive long after the trip ended!

Our last day at the Nugget Casino Resort started with breakfast together, but it was the moment we walked into that beautiful room that really stayed with us.

The Nugget welcomed us with a sign bearing our name: FOUND IT!

To some, those words might have looked like a simple welcome sign. But to us, they meant so much more.

Seeing Found It! displayed there made everything feel real. It was a reminder that what we have built together matters. That we have made a difference. That all the hard work, the laughter, the adventures, the beautiful chaos, and every person who has been part of this journey has helped create something meaningful.

For some, it was just a sign.

For us, it was validation. ❤️

It represented how far we’ve come, who we have become, and the community we continue to build together.

What a way to end our Reno adventure. 🥹✨

Coconut Bowl at Wild Island in Reno was an absolute blast! 🎳🏎️🌴

We hit the lanes for some glow-in-the-dark bowling on our own private lanes, then jumped into the go-karts and raced through the jungle! 🏁🌿 Next up was laser tag, where things got seriously competitive, and we finished the adventure with a round of mini golf. ⛳️

Just another day of the Found It! Crew turning a little adventure into a whole lot of beautiful chaos! 🤪🎉

🚐💨 Reno Road Trip: Beautiful Chaos on the Road! 🎰

Our road trip to Reno was an absolute blast! We piled into the vans, hit the road, and made a pit stop in Colfax, California, for some McDonald’s before getting right back on the road. 🍔🍟

And then the shenanigans really began! 😂 From checking into the hotel and taking over the pool 🏊‍♀️, to exploring Coconut Island 🏝️, there was never a dull moment. We wrapped up our adventure with a trip to the National Automobile Museum in Reno, where we got to check out some seriously cool wheels! 🚗✨

There were so many laughs, adventures, and unforgettable moments that we needed ALL the pictures to capture the beautiful chaos! 📸

A huge THANK YOU to all of our Found It! members for making this incredible trip possible. ❤️ You brought the energy, the laughter, and the good times. Reno definitely won’t forget us anytime soon! 😎

Can you believe it… another FULL HOUSE! 🎨🙌

We got together for an evening of creativity and created some seriously fun artwork collages using colorful paper, stickers, cutouts, Scrabble alphabet tiles, and all kinds of fabulous ephemera.

There were scissors flying, ideas flowing, and creativity everywhere! ✂️🌈✨

It was an extremely creative evening of just cutting it up! 😜🎨
