We would like to congratulate Annsley Healy of Norris City, IL as the 2026 recipient of the White County Farm Bureau Foundation $1,000 Young Leader Scholarship. Annsley will be attending Western Illinois University this fall, where she will begin her studies in Animal Science.

The White County Farm Bureau Young Leader Committee is a group of individuals, ages 18 to 35, that work together to support agricultural literacy, leadership development, and farm business education activities in White County. One of the efforts of our committee is to support young people and their goals of pursuing a career in the field of agriculture. As a result of the generosity of the individuals and businesses who support our annual Young Leader Pistol Shoot event in July, we are able to fund scholarships for White County students.
