Yay, it's ! Theresia and Kris are our spotlight family of the week. They are a sweet and loving couple who has been dreaming of being parents, but they also have family and friends who can't wait for them to add a precious little one to their family. Please, read on for more details about their "cheer squad":
"We have so many folks excited about our adoption journey! Theresia’s mom is a retired nurse and currently works as a school aid. She plans to retire when we’re able to adopt so she can help with childcare. She currently lives with Theresia’s brother, who was a nurse for 10 years before becoming a pharmacist. Her youngest niece is ecstatic at the possibility of growing our family – she finds something at every store the baby “needs.” Kris’s sister has 2 kids and can’t wait to finally be an aunt! His niece has already told us the child will be her best friend, regardless of whether it’s a boy or girl. Kris’s parents are excited about the possibility of having another grandchild to spoil too! We’re also Godparents to Theresia’s best friend’s 2 daughters, one of Kris’s best friend’s son, and another friend’s daughter. Our closest friends and family know how long we’ve wanted to be parents and how much we enjoy children."
