The words we use are important. With confusion and backlash around DEI it’s critical that we are proactive in sharing the correct definitions. Doubt language, it’s difficult to explain what DEI is and why it matters. Language quiets fears.

Our mission is to meet our kids where they’re at with tools resources and education to learn more about inclusion. Diversity and inclusion doesn’t just spontaneously happen. People need tools and information to learn to be more inclusive.

🙏🏼 It's important to check our own biases and how we view the world. An easy way to do this is by using the Implicit Association Test (IAT) created by Harvard. It's been around for a long time and is a great tool to use at home or in the office. Let's be mindful of our biases.
