Carmel Valley Santa's Fly-In

IMPORTANT TRAFFIC NOTICE:
On Saturday, December 13th, between 11am and 12pm, Carmel Valley Road will be shut down in BOTH directions to host the 68th annual Carmel Valley Santa's Fly-in event.
- The road closure will take place between Holman Road and Ford Road.
- - Note that Poppy Road will be designated for parade participants only, with no parking allowed.
Furthermore, the Carmel Valley Community Youth Center parking lot at 25 Ford Road will be closed from 8am to 3pm for a post-parade event.
🚒 Only emergency vehicles responding to an active emergency will be permitted to pass through. A detour via Ford Road is highly recommended due to the anticipated crowd of spectators. The parade will commence at 11am sharp, coinciding with the helicopter arrival of Santa and Mrs. Claus. 📢 Calling all Volunteers! Santa needs your help!

The 68th annual Carmel Valley Santa's Fly-In is on Saturday, December 13th!

Volunteers are urgently needed for both the parade and the post-parade festivities!

Currently, 14 volunteers are needed for Traffic Control. Rotary Club of Carmel Valley requires 2 people at each intersection. So grab a friend! Have fun dressing up! ⛄ 🦌 🧝‍♂️ Show your community spirit! 💕 High school volunteer credit will be provided; students must be 16 or older and have their guardian sign the provided waiver to cover the Traffic Control positions.

Traffic Control not for you? Carmel Valley Community Youth Center is also offering high school credit for volunteering at the post-parade festivities. 🎉🎈

It may be August but I'm already hearing holiday bells. Just a reminder, the 67th annual Carmel Valley Santa's Fly-in will be on Saturday December 13th, helicopter is due to arrive at 11am sharp.
