July 2024 Update: The Gates are Open! Help us finish strong!

We're in the homestretch, folks! If we can raise $12,000, then OORC can finish paying our legal debt for re-opening French Creek Road to the public, leaving enough in the bank to continue our important work keeping public roads and waters in the public domain. (OORC is 100% volunteer and all funds go to covering legal fees).
Blue Star Coffee and two anonymous donors have generously stepped up to offer a $3,000 challenge to kick off the last chapter of this story. Every dollar donated will be matched 1:1 up to $3,000. Let's do this! See below for prizes:

1st Prize: First Donation of $2000 and up wins a 1/2 day guided fishing trip, courtesy of Methow Fishing Adventures + a goody box filled with coffee and other delights, courtesy of Blue Star Coffee Roasters.
2nd Prize: The first 5 donations of $200 or more win a limited edition Okanogan Open Roads T-shirt and a bag of Blue Star Coffee.
3rd Prize: The first 20 donations of $50 or more win a limited edition Okanogan Open Roads bumper sticker and a coffee drink of their choice, courtesy of Blue Star Coffee Roasters.

Public Roads are important year-round, even when they aren't maintained. Get out there and enjoy them if you can!

OORC has $30,000 left to raise!
During 2021 we raised over $13,000 from small individual contributions alone - we got this.
