The application to be a NM Grown Supplier is now open.

The NM Grown Approved Supplier Program is designed to grow and diversify the base of New Mexico producers selling to schools and other institutions. The Approved Supplier Program helps ensure that fresh produce and meat that move through schools, early childcare facilities, and senior centers are safe, traceable, and come from gardens or farms that use sound, current food safety practices. The program also helps connect farmers and buyers across the state and streamline internal purchasing processes.

Please note that a risk assessment is required in some instances, in addition to yearly water well testing. Please click on the link to learn more.
