Full kitchen, men's & women's bathrooms, covered patio with picnic tables, and a playground. Large rental space with a full kitchen, men's & women's bathrooms, covered patio with picnic tables, tables, chairs, and a dumpster available for use with a public a playground next to the building. We do not furnish paper goods or toiletries for rentals. Located at 11366 STERLING ST in CARLSBAD, TEXAS---

look for the baseball field lights and you will find the Community Center Building.

$150.00 Deposit/$150.00 Rental if NO Alcoholic Beverages are on grounds

$250.00 Deposit/$250.00 Rental WITH Alcoholic Beverages on grounds

Building is checked after key is returned. If you clean up (which includes mopping and sweeping) after your rental and make sure all tables and chairs are put up correctly you receive your deposit back by mail. If you don't the deposit is held to pay someone to come in and clean up the mess you left.
