This is a message to all NM Medical Cannabis Patients.

The SouthEast New Mexico Medical Cannabis Alliance Page is going Dark effective immediately.

The Alliance has had no luck finding a Patient Advocate(s) to continue the Mission set forth in January, 2011 in Carlsbad. We are deeply saddened by this but understand that the commitment to Advocacy is not for everyone and comes at great cost and personal sacrifice.

It is with great disappointment that we take this action. However we realize and understand that an Alliance that exists in name only serves no one. The goal for the SENMMCA was always to be able to help any Medical Cannabis Patient in NM in any way we could. We feel that we did so with tenacity, respect, vision and compassion. We know that we made a difference and we know we touched lives positively.

We wish every Patient in NM the best in health, in harmony and in life!

Be strong my Friends! It is an honor to know each and every one of you!

Eastern NM Medical Cannabis Patients, Caregivers, delivery Drivers and Producers need to keep a low-profile.

This is the Clovis, NM PD in action.

In a video uploaded to YouTube on Monday, Officer Aguilar of the Clovis, NM, Police Department is seen blatantly assaulting an innocent and handcuffed 26 year old man. The incident began as what appeared to be a normal traffic stop. However, Officer Aguilar approached the vehicle and never provided…

Heads up Everyone!

Take time to read this call to action. I know many Members of the Medical Board and the SENMMCA will vouch for this Statement 110%+!

Happy Fourth of July Everyone!

What can I say about Ms. Sundberg's latest?

It's curt, dismissive and little more than the same, tired regurgitated answers we were given on the FAQ sheet Ms. Sundberg sent.

Why doesn't the Department have a list of who was contacted? We keep hearing about the various stakeholders and interested parties but Ken Groggel and Andrea Sundberg are flatly refusing to provide any answers beyond this. Who are these parties and stakeholders? Maybe Ken and Andrea should have kept a list so they could remember.

I'm still interested in speaking with the Producer(s) who were called, consulted or otherwise engaged by DOH/MCP in writing these changes. It is completely inconceivable to SENMMCA that any Producer would suggest, let alone Author any of these proposed changes.

Dear Mr. Pack,

"This email is in response to your letters dated June 4th and June 27th. Our records indicate that you submitted this letter via email and was acknowledged as received via email. The Department does not have a list compiled of every person information was obtained from when it drafted proposed rule changes for the Medical Cannabis Program. The Department has taken the information it's received over time to develop the proposed rule, including daily communication with various stakeholders and interested parties. The Department used information from a 2013 patient survey it commissioned about the Medical Cannabis Program. We have taken written input and met with the Licensed Producers and informed them the Department would be working on new regulations and sought their suggestions on potential issues they would like to see addressed in the regulations."

This is the letter the Alliance sent to DOH/MCP today.

We can't let up!!

Dear Secretary Ward, Mr. Groggel and Ms. Sundberg,

On June 4, 2014 the SouthEast New Mexico Medical Cannabis Alliance wrote to Ms. Sundberg via e-mail and U.S. Mail, in response to the proposed rule changes FAQ she sent. SENMMCA has yet to receive any response whatsoever.

SENMMCA's letter said specifically,

"SENMMCA would like a list of every person or entity that was contacted for input. We are interested to see who the professional organizations, advocacy groups and those various stakeholders and interested parties are that you contacted. SENMMCA is also interested in the nature of that input."

As of Thursday June 27, 2014 we have not been granted the courtesy of a response of any kind. This seems to be consistent with the NMDOH/MCP Office. The disregard of a legitimate request from an established Patients Alliance is dismissive, contentious and decidedly anti-Patient. The behavior of the NMDOH/MCP Office is unforgivable .

Consider this letter the second request for a list of every person and/or entity that was contacted for input and the nature of that input regarding the proposed rule changes to the New Mexico Medical Cannabis Program.

SENMMCA is deeply concerned that the lack of response to our legitimate, legal request is indicative of the lack of compassion, concern and disregard for NM Patients protected under the Lynn and Erin Compassionate Use Act.

We await your reply and the list we've now requested twice.

Sincerely,

Robert L. Pack
