The Boys & Girls Club of Carlsbad is thrilled to host our Golf Tournament, and we're excited to announce that the tournament is officially FULL!

We are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming support from our community. A special THANK YOU goes out to all of our sponsors whose generosity makes this event possible. Your support directly impacts the youth we serve by helping provide quality programs, caring mentors, academic support, healthy lifestyle activities, and opportunities that help our members achieve great futures.

The Boys & Girls Club of Carlsbad is honored to donate 10% of the proceeds from BGCC Mega Bingo to CARC in honor of the late Bob Forrest and the entire Forrest family.

The Forrest family has been an important part of the Boys & Girls Club family for many years, and their dedication, support, and commitment to our community have left a lasting impact. We are deeply grateful for all they have done for our Club and for the countless lives they have touched along the way.

Good morning, parents!

Please note that the Club is closed today for staff training.

Our Summer Program begins tomorrow and will operate from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please remember that your child must be fully enrolled in the program in order to attend.

If your child is currently on the waiting list and you have not been contacted, it means there are still no available openings at this time. Current members were given priority enrollment before registration opened to the public, and summer spots were limited. Please also note that waitlist openings are based on age-group availability and are not first come, first served.

Mandatory Parent Meetings will take place next week. More information will be provided soon.

Do you enjoy working with youth and making a positive impact in your community? We’re growing our team and looking for passionate, dependable individuals to join us at all three Boys & Girls Club of Carlsbad locations! These are permanent positions we will not be hiring for summer help.

📍 Position: Youth Development Professional Part-Time
💵 Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
📌 Locations: Main Club, Desert Willow, & Cottonwood Club sites

As a Youth Development Professional, you’ll help create a safe, fun, and supportive environment where young people can learn, grow, and succeed. You’ll lead activities, support homework time, build positive relationships with members, and serve as a positive role model for youth in our community.
