🎃 Can you engineer a structure strong enough to hold a pumpkin?

That was the Halloween STEAM Challenge for Mrs. Smith’s students at Hope Elementary, and they were up for it! A little planning, a little testing, and a lot of “let’s try that again.”

Did you know? Carlsbad Educational Foundation funds STEAM Lab Teachers at all Carlsbad Unified schools, including the lab equipment & supplies that make hands-on learning like this possible. 🔬 Hope Elementary PTO

What a night! 💙✨ We loved bringing together so many of the people who make the work of the Carlsbad Educational Foundation possible at our CEF Stakeholder Social at New Village Arts.

Our Board of Directors, Alumni Board, CUSD leadership, corporate partners and sponsors, and generous donors gathered for an evening of connection, gratitude, and celebration.

And there was a lot to celebrate! Together, this incredible community helped make it possible for CEF to grant a record-breaking $1.7 million to Carlsbad Unified schools this year, creating more opportunities for students across the district. 🎉

Thank you to everyone who joined us—and to all who continue to invest in Carlsbad students. We couldn't do this work without you.
Here’s to the people and partnerships behind $1.7 million in impact! 💙
