One of the most unique parts of being a Carlsbad Charitable Foundation member is that your voice helps shape where grant funding goes.

Each year, nonprofit organizations submit proposals through a competitive process. Our Grants Committee carefully reviews every application before presenting recommendations to the Board. From there, our members vote to help determine which projects receive funding.

It's a collaborative process built on transparency, thoughtful evaluation, and a shared commitment to Carlsbad.
