STEM After Dark Glow Lab was indeed an EPIC night! Attendees competed in cup-stacking, robot racing, drawing with light, and the egg drop challenge. They also learned about fluorescent rocks and made some awesome glowing slime! For a couple of hours, adults were allowed to be kids again and enjoy the unique atmosphere that only black lights can create. We had a great time with everyone who came out to our fundraiser and we're so appreciative that you chose to spend your evening with us! Many thanks to the National Cave and Karst Research Institute for allowing us to use their facility. We certainly appreciate the wonderful food provided by D & E Catering and great drinks by Milton's Brewing. A HUGE thank you to our sponsors: Southeast New Mexico College, CEHMM, KCCC 930 AM Radio, Southeast Readi-Mix Products Inc, Artesia General Hospital, Eddy Lodge #21, Carlsbad Heights Lions Club, Carlsbad Downtown Lions Club, Desert Bloom Dermatology, Intrepid Potash, CNB Bank, R360 Environmental Solutions, Financial Security Credit Union, and Bar FD Ice & Cattle!
