I’ve been 🌞solar gazing over 5yrs now and can testify to it being one of the most powerful practices I’ve tried.
🌞If u haven’t heard the word I highly recommend tapping into & as they expound on the current data proving that by far more than any other factor including food and exercise…. Our relationship to light has the biggest impact on our being and therefore the evolution of humanity. Returning to nature and really understanding natural law is paramount for us to come into balance within & w/ our environment. The way I treat my holistic being is the way I will treat our earth.
We are literally living temples housing God. This is me learning to love myself and aligning with the sunrise. Naturally naked by design allowing an even blanket of sunlight on all my parts especially my eyes. Sunglasses sunscreen covered bodies, breasts and prostrates all add to the cancers of these areas. Im continually baffled by how natural living β€œhippy stuff” is actually proving to be real health practices. One spoonful of properly fermented sourkraut is more powerful than a bottle of probiotics. The most destructive light is any blue light/LED screen time after sunset. Most of our modern epidemic diseases can be traced back to the introduction of artificial light /electricity and moving from flames & circadian rhythms. 🌳Nature will set us free if we observe her closely. I realize that seeking the kingdom is seeking the natural order and laws that have been governing our planet and beyond for a lot longer than humans have been around. I bless u in your journey of aligning with THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD 🌞 And the revelation that we are the light of the world ❀️

Mahalos for the love in the current issueπŸ€™ It’s pretty rad that foiling has such a quality mag that we can actually hold touch and smell. I never thought I’d be getting shots in a mag at 46πŸ§™πŸ»β€β™‚οΈπŸ˜œ. Foiling truly is an incredible part of the surfing evolution and has brought a childlike stoke to so many old timers like myself. Not really planing to slow down anytime soon. Also a big shout out to and especially (Chris Sayer) who has put a lot of love into the community with amazing board designs and building a rad brand. I’m grateful for the time with the freedom ohana❀️. New seasons are here and it feels righteous to align with my maui roots and the crew. More to come with these edge cutters✨⚑️✨
