🎄HELP US MAKE WINTERFEST EXTRA SPECIAL THIS YEAR! 🎄

Winterfest is one of our favorite PTO events of the year, and we’re so excited to bring it back on December 12th!

Our students and families can look forward to Santa & Mrs. Claus, hot cocoa, free activities, a food truck, family fun, and of course… our Silent Auction! 🎅🏼☕️

This year, we’d love to put together a Winterfest Silent Auction Team to help make the auction the best it can be!

A big part of the process is reaching out to local businesses and community members for donations, and we’re looking for families who would be willing to help us with that outreach.

What can you help with?
• Reaching out to local businesses about donations
• Following up with businesses
• Helping organize donations as they come in
• Helping us put together an amazing selection of auction items

You don’t need to be a PTO board member, and you don’t need to commit to a huge amount of time. We’re hoping to have several people each take on a small part so we can make this a true team effort!

Why are we starting now?
December may seem far away, but contacting businesses, waiting for responses, following up, collecting donations and getting everything organized takes time. The sooner we get started, the more opportunities we have to build an awesome auction for our students and families!

And then comes the fun part…
After all that behind-the-scenes work, you get to see it all come together at Winterfest — and if you’ve ever stayed until the final minutes of the Silent Auction, you know exactly what we mean! 😂
The last few minutes are always SO much fun. Watching those competitive bids roll in, cheering on the final bids, and seeing how much we’re able to raise for our students makes all that hard work worth it!

So come join the team, help us build an amazing auction, and then enjoy the excitement when it all comes down to those final minutes!

If you’re willing to lend a little time and help us make the Silent Auction happen, please sign up below!

What an incredible day at our Color Run! 🎉🌈

We are so thankful for everyone who came out to participate, cheer runners on, volunteer, and support our school. Seeing our community come together like that was truly special.

A huge thank you to all of our amazing volunteers who helped make the event run so smoothly. We were especially excited to have volunteers join us from two other elementary schools in our district. What a wonderful reminder of how supportive and connected our school community really is!

And of course, we have to give a special shoutout to our incredible principal and vice principal for being such great sports and spending their Saturday getting absolutely blasted with color! We are so lucky to have leaders who show up, support our students, and aren’t afraid to jump right into the fun.

It was so fun to see families and community members come out just to spend the morning with us, enjoy the event, and be part of the excitement.

Thank you again to everyone who helped make this event such a success. We loved sharing this day with you all! 💙
