We kicked off the new program year by having the Scouts explore STEM ideas by building bridges, launching balloon rockets, and sending small projectiles flying with catapults.

We have lots more fun Scout adventures planned for the year.

If you're still thinking about Scouts for your youth this fall, please join us this Saturday at 6:30pm at Otterbein UMC for our Scouts and a Movie event. We'll be answering parent questions and going over the program while the Scouts enjoy a movie and popcorn.

Weekly Den meetings continue this coming Monday, 8/24. See you there!

Last week our Tigers, Wolves, and Bears had an incredible time at Camp Tuckahoe! From outdoor adventures and hands-on activities to making new friends and trying new things, it was a fun week full of Scouting spirit. Thank you to all the volunteers and families who helped make it such a great experience.

Camp is just the start! This fall we'll be kicking off another year of campfires, hikes, games and fun adventures. We can't wait to kick off another great Scouting year together.

We are so proud of every Scout in Pack 171 for their hard work this year.

As we wrap up this program year we wanted to take a moment to applaud everyone who showed up, tried new things, and earned their way through another great Cub Scout year. From den meetings to winter camp to pinewood derby, these kids did their best, and it showed.

None of it happens without our incredible leaders, volunteers, and parents who pour their time and heart into making this program what it is. Thank you, sincerely.
