Today is World Milk Day, and we’re highlighting one of our breakfast recipes developed by our Registered Dietitian, Bekah!
A warm, filling breakfast can make mornings feel a bit more manageable, especially for kids. And adding milk is an easy way to bring extra protein and calcium to your diet.
This baked oatmeal is rich with protein, fiber and any sweet additions you like. The best part about it? The dish yields four servings and freezes well, so if you don’t have time to make breakfast each morning, simply warm one in the microwave or oven and pour milk directly on top.
