Recovery isn’t taking a day off.

Recovery is training.

Too many runners think progress only happens during hard workouts, long runs, and race day. The truth is your body gets stronger when you allow it to recover.

Active recovery helps:
✅ Increase blood flow
✅ Reduce soreness
✅ Improve performance
✅ Keep you running consistently

The runners who stay healthy, stay patient, and respect recovery are often the ones still showing up months and years later.

Remember: Easy days aren’t a sign of weakness. They’re part of the plan.
