1. IXL Learning is a personalized math platform that helps cadets identify learning gaps, strengthen skills, and build confidence.

*The first donation on behalf of a cadet to this specific fund will result in 2 extra cadet phone call minutes (minimum $50+ donation). Further donations, will result in shopping tokens*

2. Students have requested specific books be offered in the library for their enjoyment.

Optional Book Club was spent outside on Sunday! 📚☀️ Our cadets enjoyed some fresh air while diving into Chapter 17 of “Holes” together.

Today’s Service to Community (S2C): Cadets headed out to the California Trail Interpretive Center, where they put in some muscle moving rocks and assisting with property clean up.

After the hard work, they got to explore the center, learn some local history, and refuel with lunch. 🙌

Service to the Community with a little hands-on learning! 🌲💪

Our cadets spent time with the American Legion helping remove dead trees and branches from the property. Along the way, they learned how to safely load and organize debris on trailers and why removing dead or damaged trees and branches is important for safety and property maintenance.

Another great opportunity for our cadets to learn practical skills while giving back to the community! 🇺🇸

Color Guard practice… with a twist. 😆🇺🇸 These cadets will be at the Reno Aces Game August 30th at 1pm. 4 cadets will performing, the other 3 will be watching the game - please ask your case manager about your cadet.

Before the real equipment comes out, pool noodles are helping our cadets work on timing, positioning, coordination, and moving as one team. Practice doesn’t always have to look serious to build serious skills!

🐾 Giving back, one paw at a time!

Our cadets spent time volunteering with Endless Pawsibilities Foundation, lending a hand wherever needed and getting some quality time with a few four-legged friends along the way. 🐶
