🕊️ Psalm 91 — Safe in the Shelter of God
There are seasons when life feels uncertain, heavy, or frightening. Psalm 91 reminds us that our deepest security is not found in having every answer—it is found in staying close to God.
When we dwell in His presence, we are reminded that He is our refuge, our shelter, our defender, and our peace. He does not promise that we will never face trouble, but He promises that we will never face it alone.
Sometimes faith looks like courage. Sometimes it looks like simply whispering, “Lord, I trust You,” when our hearts are tired.
Today, may we rest beneath the shadow of the Almighty. May fear loosen its grip. May anxious hearts find peace. May those who feel alone remember that God is near. And may every person walking through a difficult season know that there is still hope.
“He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.” — Psalm 91:2
At Maine Hope Center, we believe hope is still alive, prayer still matters, and God is still present in the middle of every storm.
🙏 Prayer:
Father, cover every person reading this with Your peace. Be a refuge for the weary, strength for the weak, comfort for the grieving, and courage for those who are afraid. Help us to trust You one day at a time and to remember that we are never beyond the reach of Your love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
You are not walking through today alone. There is shelter. There is mercy. There is hope. 🕊️❤️
