Cats of Acadiana Animal Aid Here at Acadiana Animal Aid we love our cats like they are our own and our mission is to find a furever home for each and every one of them!

Your local animal welfare organization with felines of all ages ready for their new forever families! Viewing hours 9am-3pm every day. Evening viewing appointments can be scheduled by calling 337-896-1553. All of ours cats have been Feline leukemia and feline aids tested negative, spayed or neutered, vaccinated with FVRCP and FELV, rabies vaccinated, dewormed and microchipped.

Our Mission

Acadiana Animal Aid is dedicated to saving the lives of unwanted, stray and neglected cats with a focus on those most at risk of euthanasia at our local municipal shelter, in addition to 22 other municipal shelters throughout the state. Overall, our biggest goal is to help achieve No Kill Status by the year 2020 here in Lafayette Parish. We work daily to accomplish our vision in saving feline lives until they all have a warm and loving home.
