PROVERB

Anafranaku mɛtwe meho borɔdeɛ ase amma odwini awo ahenasa.

ENGLISH TRANSLATION
Anafranaku says it will abdicate its position under the plantain tree so the sheep can ravage it.

There is a plant called anafranaku which can be located on the plantain plantations.It is very poisonous to the sheep.So whenever the sheep tastes it,it will die.And the plant says it will quite for the for the sheep's reproduction to work better.

ENGLISH TRANSLATION

It is an ill omen when the obirekuo bird(unknown English name) cries at night.

In society every position has its dos and don'ts. You are a bank manager,the fact that you are in that position doesn't earn you a ticket to be an extravagant in spending.The money there is not yours,because we have freedom of movement,freedom of speech, we have all sort of freedoms doesn't allow you to walk on the street naked,you have your limit.
