This sweet senior Porgie (pug x corgi), 13 years old, really needs a soft landing for his final years.

He had been adopted from Beaverhead Animal Shelter back in October '25 by a wonderful lady that has since passed away. Now he is available from 4 Paws Rescue and fostering with us until he finds his last forever home.

He is quite active and full of life. Do not tell him he is a senior. He will not mind a busy house. He likes kids.
He does resource guard food so he must be fed on a schedule and not allowed access to the food dishes that belong to other animals.

We are assessing his housetraining and other skills.

Neutered, microchipped, UTD on vaccines.

Well I won't be seeing you again. I moved to my new home. Got great new pawrents and I won't be locked up in a cage. I will have freedom and attention when I want it. So long now. Kinsey

Hey guess what? We got adopted to the same home. We love it here and have the bestest pawrents. Stewie says purrsistence pays off. Punkin wants to let you know her previous home fibbed about her not getting along with dogs - she gets along with the dogs at her new home well. We both love it at our new home and you won't be seeing us anymore. We moved southwest of here to our new home. Bye now

Hey wags to you. I'm ready to be adopted. I'm now neutered and UTD on my vaccinations until my boosters are due. I'm housetrained. I get along with cats so far, but am selective about the dogs. Under supervision with them that can and will improve. I've been told I'm smart and learn quickly. Sure hope I get adopted soon. I'd love to have a nice family to snuggle with. Haven't been around little kids so not sure how I'd be with them, but if they are nice to me I'm thinking it would be ok. Jasper

Why am I looking so upset? Let me explain. I would rather be out free and mousing in a barn than stuck in this cage. Sure I get fed good food and am well taken care of. I got thoroughly vetted and won't have any more kittens, but I'm still here and not free in a barn. I'm sooo ready to be adopted and have a job. Pending adoption

I've been looking high and low and it's been a no go. I'm getting real sad, but I'd rather be glad. You can make that happen, yes you can. How? Well I need a loving home forever home. No dogs please as my previous home said I didn't get along with them and that's why I came here. I'm a nice loving lady. I'm house trained of course as that is where I spend my time. I have everything done until my boosters are due. Hoping and purraying you will adopt me soon. Punkin

Hurrow? Are you out there? Well here I am looking for you. I really want someone to come and adopt me. I'm looking for a loving forever home. I'm a nice loving gentleman. I have everything taken care of, well except for my booster shots when they are due, but everything else is. I love my canned food in the mornings. I'm litterbox trained of course. I'm a big guy so I need a large one. Purrease come and adopt me soon.
