Want to know how even you can from the comfort of your own home? Below are some ideas of what you can do to get involved in the movement to defend the Weelaunee Forest from becoming a police training complex. It is organized from least to most involved and even doing one or two of these things will help the movement tremendously. Please share to let others know how they can help Defend the Forest.

From the Shawnee to the Weelaunee! On January 28th in so called Southern Illinois we held a vigil in remembrance of the brave forest defender, Manuel "Tortuguita" Terán, who was killed by the Georgia State Patrol. Speeches given, songs sang, soup shared, poems read, chants screamed, and space held for Tort. Our memory is a living weapon in our hand and our memory of Tort is a powerful one. We must stop cop city, for Tort and for all those who the police have destroyed and threaten to destroy.
