Palisades Elementary Foundation The goal of PEF is to enhance the quality of children's education at Palisades Elementary (home of the Waves!) through donations and fundraising activities.

The Palisades Elementary Education Foundation, otherwise known as the Palisades Elementary Wave Foundation, is a 501(c)(3) all volunteer non-profit located in Capistrano Beach (City of Dana Point), California. The goal of PWF is to enhance the quality of children's education at Palisades Elementary (home of the Waves!) through donations and fundraising activities. We also work closely with the local PTA and other education foundations to better serve our community.
