Thank you, Lisa Vaught and Connection Point Church for hosting WIDOWS HELPING WIDOWS today.  Lisa interviewed, Shannon Freeman, director of the new Deborah’s House, Adult & Teen Challenge Mid America for women. It is a faith based recovery program; participants have access to Equine Therapy, Fitness Center and Beauty Salon.
I regret not getting pictures of our delicious lunch options: chicken salad, turkey salad, ham salad and also broccoli cheese soup and tomato bisque soup and a variety of cheesecake for dessert! The food was catered by My Daddy’s cheesecake which is now owned by Teen Challenge, Mid America. 86 ladies attended today.

Great MERRY I GO day in Cape! TBY Active Living Expo at the Drury Plaza was fun, interesting and informative. We didn’t get any pics at Olive Garden but our lunch was so delicious and we had a wonderful server. Afterwards we went to the Glenn House; Lee was a terrific tour guide. We enjoyed all the information he gave us. We had a great day!
