Based on Team Mentoring Adult approach of Putting Families First Foundation at N. Greenville College in Greenville, S.C., Missouri set up 12, regional and faith-based adult team mentoring programs to help individuals and families transition from TANF to work, from life failure and struggles to success by recruiting, training, and supporting mentors in communities, congregations, and churches. The

mentors became advocates, who help their participants develop a real, 10 point Life Plan for Success that is linked to a 10 point, self-scoring and objective tool that really works to assess progress and struggles of transformation toward self-determination and success in life. Power Point Training program has been used to train 4,000+ mentors, who worked with 2,000+ individuals and families toward a real life transformation.
