This is Kindness Ambassador Dan Zembsch He is presenting a Spirit Of Kindness Certificate to the family of recently passed Police Chief Jim Chambers of the Chaffee, MO Police Department. Chief Chambers served over 35 years in law enforcement. Pictured with Dan is Chief Chambers' sister Nancy Dement. Nancy accepted the certificate on behalf of Chief Chambers family and will be presenting the certificate to Jim’s wife
