Tonight’s support group meeting was all about taking a moment for ourselves 💕

Our moms enjoyed an evening of eyebrow transformations, laughter, good conversation, and a chance to unplug from the stress of everyday life. Sometimes something as simple as a refreshed look and time spent with supportive women can make such a difference. ✨

As moms, we spend so much time taking care of everyone else that we often forget to take care of ourselves too. Tonight was a reminder that self-care matters — mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Thank you to everyone who joined us tonight and helped create such a relaxing and uplifting evening. 💖

Thank you to Kayla from White Lotus Massage, Skin Care and Medi Spa for helping our moms relax and unwind tonight.

A HUGE thank you to Swfl Vendors For A Cause for hosting an amazing Basket Bingo fundraiser and generously sharing the profits with A Mom’s Helping Hand of SWFL ❤️

Because of their generosity — and everyone who came out to support TWO great local charities — we raised $565!

These funds will help us continue providing support group meetings for single moms and help keep activity costs affordable for the moms and children we serve.

Community support like this truly makes a difference, and we could not do what we do without incredible organizations and supporters like you.

Thank you for believing in our mission and helping us continue supporting single moms throughout Southwest Florida 💕

What a great first meeting of 2026!

Tonight was filled with meaningful conversation, catching up with familiar faces, and welcoming the support that comes from being in a room with women who truly understand one another.

One exciting thing that came out of tonight’s meeting is that the group decided to start a 10-week weight loss challenge together! We’re all using the same app so we can track progress, encourage one another, and maybe even enjoy a little friendly competition along the way.

It’s not just about weight loss — it’s about support, accountability, and doing life together.

Looking forward to seeing everyone’s progress over the next 10 weeks! 💪💙

If you’re a single mom looking for encouragement, connection, and community, we’d love to have you join us at a future meeting.
