A Mom's Helping Hand of SWFL A Mom’s Helping Hand of SWFL is a 501 (c)3 nonprofit agency assisting single mom's in SWFL... We are a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit. Thank You.

A Mom's Helping Hand of SWFL is home to the SWFL Santa's Program which matches struggling single parent families with Adopters who provide gifts for children and the single parent.

- If your a single parent family and having a hard time, we accept applications in September and conduct in person intake appointments in October.

- If you would like to help the families we assist, please visit our SWFL Santa's page on our site https://www.amomshelpinghandofswfl.com/adopt-a-family.html

Save the date! 🎉

Our annual Quarter Auction fundraiser is happening Wednesday, November 18 at Stevie Tomato’s on Pine Island Road in Cape Coral.

The auction begins at 7:00 PM and promises an evening of fun, prizes, and community—all while supporting A Mom’s Helping Hand of SWFL. 💜

This is our primary fundraiser of the year, and the money raised helps us continue supporting local single-parent families beyond the holiday season.

🎄 CAPE CORAL DROP-OFF LOCATION NEEDED! 🎁

SWFL Santa's is getting ready for another busy Christmas season, and we’re looking for one additional Cape Coral business or organization willing to serve as a gift drop-off location for our adopted families.

Our Santa's will be dropping off new, unwrapped Christmas gifts for the local single-parent families they’ve adopted through A

Mom’s Helping Hand of SWFL.
We’re looking for a location that:
🎁 Is easily accessible in Cape Coral
🎁 Has regular weekday business hours
🎁 Has a safe area where gifts can be stored temporarily
🎁 Can accept donations through our December 5th drop-off deadline

We handle the coordination — we just need a welcoming place where our Santa's can bring their gifts. ❤️

Our community often sees A Mom’s Helping Hand during the holidays—but our mission does not begin or end with Christmas. 💜

Throughout the year, we create opportunities for single moms to connect, build friendships, feel supported, and spend time with women who understand the unique weight they carry.

Support can look like donating, attending a fundraiser, sharing a post, volunteering, or simply helping another person learn that AMHH exists.

❤️ WOW — THANK YOU, SWFL! ❤️

We had an overwhelming response to our request for volunteers to help with SWFL Santas on October 10th, and all of our volunteer spots have been filled! 🎅🎄 Thank you to everyone who reached out and offered to help!

While we are a small organization, we do have volunteer opportunities throughout the year, and one of our greatest ongoing needs is childcare during our monthly support meetings.

We currently need 1–2 childcare volunteers for Tuesday, October 20th. 💜

We have a special guest speaker joining us that evening, and having volunteers spend time with the children allows their moms to fully focus on the speaker and participate in the meeting.

If you’re interested in helping on October 20th—or would like to be contacted about future volunteer opportunities—please send us a private message!
