Winners from our last meeting including one NEW guest

In case you had a rough day today, I’m here to make you feel better. 😂

Tonight was our Toastmasters officer meeting in downtown Fort Myers. Great brainstorming, great storytelling, planning and lots of laughs.

We all headed outside to say goodbye, and when I was TWO FEET from my car, I realized…

I HAD MY PANTS ON INSIDE OUT. 🤦‍♀️😂

And guess what? I still had the best time. I contributed. I told stories. I laughed. I connected with people.

Not one person cared. Apparently nobody even noticed, including me! 😂

That’s what I love about this club. Nobody expects you to have it all together. You just show up, speak up, and grow.

I didn’t know my pants were inside out. But you probably know exactly what feels ‘off’ about you today. Show up anyway.

Come as you are, even inside out.👖🙃

In case you had a rough day today, I’m here to make you feel better. 😂

Tonight I went to my Toastmasters officer meeting. It was a great meeting at a great place in downtown Fort Myers. Great brainstorming, storytelling, dividing and conquering and lots of laughs.

We all got up to walk outside, say goodbye, and head to our cars.

It was only then… when I was TWO FEET from my car… that I realized…

I HAD MY PANTS ON INSIDE OUT. 🤦‍♀️😂

Guess what!!!!!

I still had the best time. I contributed. I told stories. I laughed. I connected with people.

And not one single person cared that my pants were inside out. Heck, apparently nobody even noticed — including me! 😂

I didn’t know my pants were inside out. But you probably know exactly what feels ‘off’ about you today. Show up anyway. ❤️

Sometimes the best nights happen when we show up exactly as we are even if we accidentally show up inside out. 😂

Join the Cape Coral Toastmasters Club for our 2026 World Championship of Public Speaking Watch Party and spend the evening watching some truly incredible and inspiring speakers from around the world.

📅 Monday, October 12
⏰ 6:30–8:30 PM
📍 Providence Christian Church – Fellowship Hall
701 Mohawk Parkway, Cape Coral
🎟️ FREE to attend!

We’ll have drinks and snacks provided, plenty of time to mingle with fellow Toastmasters, and some fun conversation about the speeches afterward.

This is also a wonderful opportunity to bring a friend, family member, coworker, or someone who’s been curious about Toastmasters. You don’t have to be a member to attend—the more, the merrier!

Whether you come for the speeches, the snacks, or the company, I have a feeling you’ll leave feeling inspired, and maybe even ready to start writing your own next speech. 😊

Questions or RSVP: [email protected]

Hope to see you there, and please feel free to share the attached flyer and invite others!

🇺🇸 Freedom begins with finding your voice.

This month's Toastmasters theme is Freedom / Independence, and there's no better place to build the confidence to express your ideas, lead with purpose, and grow alongside a supportive community.

Join us this Monday at 6:30 PM as we kick off a new Toastmasters year together.

Whether you're an experienced speaker or have never stood in front of a group before, you'll find encouragement, practical feedback, and a welcoming environment where everyone grows at their own pace.

We also just released our Quarterly Newsletter, celebrating the accomplishments, milestones, and members who made the last few months so memorable. We're excited to build on that momentum together.
