Presbyterian Church Pantry in Fort Myers, Mondays 4-7. You must have a Fort Myers address and can only go twice monthly. I’ve been going every other Monday for over a year. They’ve help me alleviate my grocery bill to be able to provide for my family.

2nd Update! Thanks to Good Shepherd Lutheran Churcand School, I was able to meet the realtor with them this morning and trade a check for the keys! They are in their new home! (photos here) They can only sleep there tonight if we find beds! Please check your pages for any beds, cots or blow ups, that I can get to them for now. And thankyou for your continuous support of the pantry. Next open date is March 15th.

Update! Ty to everyone that brought as little as $5 by! We are still $800 away from our goal and that’s with me personally paying $500. I’m trying to move them in tomorrow morning! I will post pics and videos here. Ive also added my Cash App and venmo here since there’s no time left to bring cash. Ty!!!

@ Everyone. Our pantry (non-profit 501 3C) is attempting to help our first family with housing this month. I’ve been working with them for several weeks, from facing homelessness to traveling across country to get to Florida where their disability checks will support them with housing assistance. They are connected to a family at my school. I am keeping their names anonymous on social media, but they are willing to speak with anyone who wants to verify their story. It’s a single mom with health issues that have qualified her for disability, along with her 22 yo daughter (blind and unable to care for herself). Their checks will cover their rent and utilities but they need help with first and last month’s rent to move in. My goal is to raise $2,000 from this post (they need $2300 but I can cover the $300) to end this 8 week journey of getting here from Arizona where they were homeless. I really want to help her get in this new place (im working with the landlord) so she can finally rest and care for her daughter in peace. They also need beds, but I will find all of this for free on FB. Food, Clothing and household are covered through our pantry (thanks to all of you!) but first and last month’s rent have to be raised. Please share and let everyone know that $ can be dropped at Good Shepherd Lutheran School in an envelope marked “Arizona Family.” Thank you all for helping me share, I will personally verify details with anyone that wants to stop in and speak with me! I finally got to meet mom this week in my office and she’s truly a blessing to help. I will update here when the goal is reached. If just half of our followers give $7 each, this week I can move her in by Friday! Shelly 239-223-7530hkr

2nd Tuesday of the month ya’ll. Great delivery today. We need more people willing to rescue pantry food so we can grow our deliveries! The more you utilize your local pantries, the more help you provide to people that depend on the food!

Update….food in this photo was reescued! However, the fridge is emptied weekly and will look like this again by next week. This is ongoing and never ending. Please text if you want to be a part of food rescue. We rescue our own school lunch and 4 other organizations. It’s a lot of work but very much needed for many right now. You can set aside one day/week or once/month to rescue and I will put you on the calendar and add you in my phone with your name and “food tescue 2026” so I can gm you when we have a surplus. Volunteers always take what they need first! Please text me if you want to be added. Shelly, 239-223-7530

I need some food rescued right away! These are frozen bags of carrots, broccoli beans, and bagels as well as three cases of school milk that expires today. Any ideas?
