Texas Star Quilters A group of people learning how to quilt and having fun! Update: our group has disbanded. Our Razzle Dazzle Quilt Club was organized in June, 2009.

Our group members have moved away, but I maintain this page to save great quilting, sewing and crafting information. I am still keeping up the page to earmark quilting, sewing and fun projects! We are a group of quilters living in the Brown County area located in the heart of Texas. We hope to learn various quilting techniques and share our love of the craft. Some of us are beginners while others

are experienced quilters. We welcome all levels of knowledge and expertise. Several years ago, our name was changed to Texas Star Quilters. Just a few of our projects include a Pizza Box quilt, crayola quilt, school supplies for needy kids

The tutorial and pattern for my third method (yes 3rd! 😅) of making this Woven Star block is coming today ✨

This version is perfect for scrappy quilts and leftover fabrics… but I’ll be honest with you 😅 matching those points can feel like a tiny quilting Olympics event. The good news? Only a few short bias edges to wrestle with!

So if bias edges block are not your thing, this method might become your new favorite. Stay tuned 😉
