Hearts Without Borders is an organization that came to be when Sandra Betancourt was thinking about doing something special for those families that struggle, not only during the holiday season, but throughout the year. As lifelong resident of the border city of El Paso TX, she frequented Juarez, CH Mexico since she was born. Passing through some of the poorest neighborhoods she had an idea of one

day bringing them food baskets, and this is how the idea was born. Hearts Without Borders has been making and delivering food baskets, toys and candies for the past years with help from friends and family.
