The next HERO we’re shining a light on is Chris Lynch with Keller Home Loans! Chris was brought to our launch event by a friend and decided he would be a FOUNDER that day. Thank you, Chris, for joining us on this mission of feeding families and uniting communities. We can’t wait to see the impact Thanksgiving Heroes has in Stark for years to come thanks to your help!

If you know her, you love her. And believe it or not, we’re going to add ANOTHER item to the long list of things to love about Liz Sanders: she is an official FOUNDER of Thanksgiving Heroes Stark County!!! At our launch event, it was obvious she had the HEART that it takes to make something like this possible. She put her money where her tears were (🤣) and stepped up for our community. She not only became a founder but referred us one too, so she gets an extra gold star for being an official Community Connector! Thank you Liz for being a Thanksgiving Hero!!!

Do you want to join Liz in being able to say you brought this program to Stark County from the very beginning? Donate $500 or find someone that will to be a founder today at https://stark.thanksgivingheroes.org/wall-of-founders/.

WOW! Our first event ever is officially in the books, and we are overwhelmed by the support for our launch. These heroes shattered our goal, and raised a total of $17,750 for our neighbors in Stark County. Almost every person in the room donated! If this first chapter is any indication of what’s ahead, we can’t wait to see the rest of our story play out. Thank you to everyone that stepped up as a HERO, and is making this idea a reality for our community. One day, when we are feeding thousands, we’ll look back on this event and say this was where it all began 🧡

Special thanks to Nick Rock & Co. for donating your time to capture the event 📸 , The Dutton Team for bringing all the auction fun, Basil & Brie for your delicious food, and all of our amazing heroes that donated a dessert 🍰. Couldn’t do this without you!

How cool is this?!

06/24/2026

Reminiscing on my trip out to visit SLC where this whole idea was brought to life 12 years ago.

I love these two so much. Rob, the one who started this and never forgets the heart of it all. Jenni G, who keeps this whole thing alive and could probably retire if she charged me for our calls 🤣

It’s hard to put into words the value of having a national foundation behind us. The simplest way to say it: they’ve already tested, refined, and perfected - and we get to plug in once it’s working at its best. How cool is that?!?

We don’t have to reinvent anything. We get to stand on a model that’s already PROVEN and constantly improving. That means every dollar donated goes further. No waste, more families fed, and more communities united.

⭐️ MORE MONEY IN = MORE IMPACT OUT. It really is that simple, and we owe a lot of that to the team at SLC Thanksgiving Heroes who did all the hard work that allows us to provide a service like NO other.

New heroes on board! 🦸‍♀️ 🦃 Did you know Thanksgiving Heroes serves across the country? All because of one act of kindness when our founder Rob Adams was a child!!! Just amazing. New turkey suits are in order 😆 Welcome!

🌴❤️ BIG NEWS! Please help us give a warm welcome to our newest Thanksgiving Heroes affiliate, Orange County, California!

We are so excited to officially welcome Tiffany Abrishami and Karen Francis as they lead the charge to bring Thanksgiving Heroes to Orange County. Their goal for this very first year is ambitious and inspiring: providing Thanksgiving meals to 726 families in need! 🦃✨

What started in Salt Lake City has continued to grow across the country because incredible people step up and say “yes” to serving their communities and Tiffany and Karen are doing exactly that.

We cannot wait to see the impact that will be made throughout Orange County through partnerships, volunteers, donors, and neighbors helping neighbors.

If YOU have connections in the Orange County area businesses, schools, churches, community groups, sponsors, volunteers, or anyone passionate about helping families, we would love an introduction! Let’s help Tiffany and Karen build something truly special for their community. ❤️
