Fox Hills Neighbors,

Several questions have come up regarding the Greenspaces and POA‑owned parcels within our subdivision. Fox Hills was designed as a conservation subdivision, and many parcels are permanently designated as Greenspace under the jurisdiction of Cherokee County. These areas are open for owners to enjoy—such as for walking or hiking—but must remain free of fences, parking, or any other obstructions.

You can view all POA-owned Greenspace parcels using the Geocortex Viewer link below, and the recorded plat maps are also available through county records.

If your property borders one of these areas, please ensure the Greenspace remains open and that there are no encroachments of vehicles, fences, signs, or structures of any kind.

Hello,
Fellow Fox Hills residents, we’d like to begin our year letter by thanking those who attended our annual meeting in July 2025. This means that the yearly dues will remain the same in 2025 and 2026.

The lack of a resident quorum at that meeting also means the proposed cap on neighborhood rental homes will have to be revisited at the next meeting. If you would like to know more about the issue of rental homes in neighborhoods and why a cap was proposed, you can learn about it

While we did not meet a quorum, we did have members attend and choose to participate in filling open positions.
We would like to introduce the new Board as of July 10th, 2025

● View messages, documents, violations, and emails.
● Pay dues and view invoices.
● Submit requests.
● Submit a vote on open proposals.
● Ask questions and get answers.

Reminder: If you have not paid your 2025 Fox Hills HOA/POA dues, please do so. Final reminders are being prepared and sent out. This is the LAST reminder, fines will apply.

Dear Fox Hills Neighbors, the annual dues will soon be sent out at the extremely low annual rate of $145. This amount covers the cost of insurance and lawn maintenance of our common areas.
