Last week we had an unauthorized visitor in the Dog Park. Unable to produce a fob, it was asked to leave and the authorities were notified. Fortunately, it removed itself before having to be taken into custody.

As a fellow community-based organization, we know how important volunteers are to keeping these incredible resources going strong. If you’ve ever thought about getting more involved locally, this is such a meaningful way to help make a difference right here in Canton.

💛Volunteers Needed at the Canton Helpline Food Pantry💛

We're looking for dedicated volunteers to help support our community members. If you have a few hours to spare, we'd love to have you join our team!

📅 Current Volunteer Opportunities:

🔹 Mondays, 8:00–11:00 AM

• Unload delivery trucks
• Sort fresh produce
• Stock pantry shelves

🔹 Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

• Shop with clients
• Stock shelves and assist with pantry operations

🔹 4th Wednesday of Each Month, 2:00–4:00 PM

• Help unload the Greater Boston Food Bank delivery truck

🔹 First Saturday of Each Month, 9:30–11:30 AM

• Shopping with clients
