Join us for an inspiring Dialogue featuring Rachel Hagemeier, President & CEO of the Canton Symphony Orchestra.

Rachel’s leadership journey is both impressive and deeply rooted in purpose. After joining the Canton Symphony in 2019 as Manager of Education and Community Engagement, she quickly made her mark by expanding programs and strengthening connections throughout the community—even during the challenges of a global pandemic. Today, she serves as one of the youngest symphony CEOs in the country, leading with vision, creativity, and a commitment to making the arts more accessible and inclusive.

A passionate advocate for education and engagement, Rachel is also the co-host and producer of Orchestrating Change, a podcast focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion in orchestral music. She remains actively involved in the community through Leadership Stark County and her work with local organizations, reflecting her belief in the power of connection and impact at the local level.

During this intimate Dialogue, Rachel will share her journey—from her early passion for music to leading a major arts organization—along with the lessons she’s learned along the way. Expect an honest conversation about leadership, navigating opportunities before you feel ready, and creating meaningful change in your community.
