Rekindle the Spirit, Inc. Rekindle the Spirit, Inc. It is a history of a working farm which the Rekindle the Spirit, Inc. This festival has been an annual event since 1988.

a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization, consists of three major entities; Rekindle the Spirit, Inc., the Pennsylvania Apple ‘n Cheese Festival, and the Manley-Bohlayer Farm which is an Endless Mountains Regional Heritage park. The Manley-Bohlayer farm was built in the 1860’s and holds within its walls and grounds a rich heritage of the local agricultural history. Board of Directors continues to devel

op through maintenance of the site, preservation of the historical components of farm life and keeping alive other associated parts of local farm history. The Pennsylvania Apple ‘n Cheese Festival is held annually on the first full weekend of October.
