Community Soccer Club The Community Soccer Club is a private, non-profit youth recreational outdoor soccer organization

The Community Soccer Club is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to youth recreational outdoor soccer in the greater Plain Township Ohio area, including the communities of North Canton, Canton, Alliance, Louisville, Uniontown, Hartville, and Green. We sponsor teams for boys and girls from age 4 through ninth grade. No tryouts are required and all children who register by the deadline are

placed on a team. We play both spring and fall seasons, but players register for one season at a time so no long-term commitments are required. All games are played on Saturday mornings between 8:30 am and 1:00 pm, at Diamond Community Park at the corner of Diamond Street and Middlebranch Road in Plain Township. The spring season runs for eight weeks from late April to early June; the fall season runs for eight weeks from late August through early October.

On line registration for our Spring 2026 season runs from February 1 through March 28. Opening day is Saturday, April 25.

Go to www.communitysoccerclub.com to get started.

Our season will consist of eight Saturday sessions, ending on June 13. The per-player registration fee remains at $40 up to three in the family. For the fourth and above registration is free. Jerseys, if a new one is needed, are $20 and may be purchased at our drive-thru event on Friday, April 24 or on opening day before your first game. Watch for more on this.

Also, parents are reminded that if you volunteer to be a head coach you get one free registration for your child. You also get to pick the night and time for your team's practices. We have one, one-hour practice per week for all divisions except the pre-K / Kindergarten division; they just meet on Saturday mornings.

For more information on player's uniforms, click on the Guidelines tab at the top of the web page and select Player's Uniforms. Click on the Calendar tab for a complete schedule of events.

Having financial struggles or know of someone who is? Let us know by email ([email protected]) as we have financial aid available. Let's not leave any children out due to cost!

The soccer world of Northeast Ohio has lost a true visionary and gentleman. The Community Soccer Club owes its very existence to Neil Baasten. May God bless Chris and the family in this time of grieving.

Plain Township, after an amazing community recycling day, we've been allowed to place an electronics recycling bin at Diamond Community Park. Check out this short video on what's acceptable in the bin:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t6HK6bIT2wA&t=2s

We are asking for the everyone's help to make sure no items be left on the ground outside of the bin!

If you have anything that's too big to fit, you can bring it to one of the community recycle events:

Call us at 330-800-6657 with any questions and thank you for allowing us into your community!
