NAMI Basics is a FREE 6-session course designed for parents and caregivers of school-aged children living with mental health challenges such as autism, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and more. 💙

This course is taught by trained parents with lived experience who truly understand the journey. Plus, stipends are available for those who complete the course!
